Strange Adventures 205 FR a lot wrong with this one 1/4 of the cover missing, center fold detached

I don't know how to price this, so here my reasoning. There is a nice looking FR copy on ebay for $110 but the cover and centerfold are detached and pen throughout interior. Another FR sold for $37. OSPG is $50 for a GD.

So I will ask for $50
