Error in cutting or being trimed?

Hello all, I am new to silver age collecting and was thinking to have this Fantastic Four 48 slabbed.

However, is this book being trimmed or just the error from the factory cutting? I don't want to send it in to CGC and having a purple label death in return.

I measured the other silver age comics and they are all about 26cm in length that this FF 48 is obviously has the left side higher then the right side but both of them are in 26 cm just like other silver age comics.

Please feel free to give an opinion. Thanks. :)
