Is this something to be done by CGC or not at all? I’m sending in my Venom to be signed by Sam and Mark. Thanks!

You can mark to have the book pressed by CCS if you wish.  In which case, the book is signed and taken away by CCS/CGC as it normally would for a Signature Series book.  Only it will go to CCS for pressing first.  Alternatively, if you know of an authorized presser, they can maintain the chain of authentication and then submit to CGC.

Would the pressing mess up the foil cover though?

No, I've had two foil books (Wonder Woman #26 SDCC and Wonder Woman #1 NYCC) pressed in the past without issue.
