I'm at a 4.0 

The front cover looks great,  besides some spine wear and the triangle. The back cover is gonna bring it down. 

Those creases may impact multiple pages which could drop the grade more.

4.0-4.5 with that back cover.

Top staple of spine looks really weak. Might not be worth trying to straighten spine roll.  4.0 ish.

I was thinking of straightening it out and pressing, especially for the back.

@joeypost what do you think?

I took some pics of the inner book to show what's going on there. The staple seemed holding on tight.

 

Also, took an extra pic to show the page quality (looks really nice) and I folded the triangle back properly so now the cover looks great.
