Hello Everyone,

I'm sorry if this question has been posted somewhere else. After you get confirmation that your books have arrived at CGC via tracking how long does it usually take to see that it arrived at their facility and is available to view in the submission tracker?

Might depend on your tier a bit and what else is going on- conventions, holidays, other things that would cause a lot of books to be processed at once, maybe Covid, but I’d give it ten business days if you are using one of the slower tiers. But it could be much faster like 2-3.

Thank you very much for your response. I just did the basic tier, it looks like it was delivered on the 24th of this month. So maybe sometime next week I will see it updated.

You can use the turn around rates topic to get a general idea from other users of how long it should take to see updates to your submission.
