I took a closer look at the book...

No, I don't see any foxing..the area on the bottom (more to the right I think)

has some discoloration...not really a stain either....

 

I think that's old fashioned oxidation and it will hurt the grade some.

I agree with Aces 7.0 FN/VF to 7.5 VF- bottom right almost looks like water damage with the differential coloring.

 

I was going to say 7.0 solid before reading the thread, but there really are not too many flaws beyond the minor spine dings, back cover dirt and the discoloration and it will likely garner a 7.5.
