The main issue I see here are 3 small spine ticks. You can see two of them near where the water reaches the land. My question now would be if this could be higher than 9.2 or not. I am really not good at grading above that. Oh and the pinks blotches in the back cover are not colour transfer from another comic, it is simply the add of the inner back cover (which is a bunch of small cars).

Minor staining of the back cover spine and edge?  8.5...IMO.  A cleaning/pressing might fix the staining, 9.0.
