I recently sent in two books for new holders, and when they were shipped back, they were sent in separate boxes. (Which doubled the shipping cost.)

Is this normal? One of them had a custom Venom label, the other was a straight reslab.

Good morning, thanks for your message.  Yes, if you choose different services or tiers then it will separate your orders into different invoice and they will ship out as completed. You can check your packing slip when you complete your online order and it will show you the different invoices the order will be broken down into.  Custom labels are a separate service and will create a separate invoice for those books.
