Fraud charge forcing me to cancel debit card 1 1

I know the answer is to call cgc, but they are closed till Monday. I've been a victim of identity theft and had to cancel my debit card today. A new one is being issued and I'll probably have it in a week. I have 2 submissions (15 books) sitting with CGC right now and I haven't been charged for them yet.

Will CGC accept a new payment method over the phone, or am I screwed?

Good morning, thanks for your message.  You can certainly provide new credit card information.  Just give us a call at 877-662-6642 and follow the prompts for accounting and they can take that information for you.
