Couple of questions about receiving my submissions 0

Hello,

I sent out my books for grading on July 29th via UPS.  It was delivered on Friday 7/31.  I sent it to:

5501 Communications Parkway
Sarasota, FL 34240

Was that the right address?  Also, how long does it take to see that my submission has been received?

Good morning, thanks for your message.  Yes, that is our physical address.  Due to the high volume of mail we have been receiving, it will take at least several days for invoices to be opened and entered into the system. We are currently still working on mail from earlier last week. You will receive an email once the submission has been logged in.
