I thought I'd request another census update for a Marvelman/Miraclman type comic - so, I'm going for Captain Marvel Jr. #19 (UK Edition), which either as incorrect information or no information at all for that matter.

Art Comments: Otto Binder and Sid Lazarus stories, Sid Lazarus art, Mac Raboy cover and art

The issue is a majority reprint of Captain Marvel Jr. #48, in which most of these credits belong to Otto Binder, Sid Lazarus and Mac Raboy - all of which are confirmed in the CGC census for that very comic.
