PGM DC Special Series 21 Scans - 1st Frank Miller Batman 2 2

I was able to go back and get what's left of my old comics and I was right, I knew nothing about proper storage/handling. I remember getting this issue as a kid and reading it a ton, and in my head it was this perfect condition book with like a halo and whatnot... Anyway, I'm just curious and I'd love some idea of what people would grade this at - this is one of my "personal key" issues and I might look to get a cleaner copy.
