From the pics, it seems their are at least 3 color breaking ticks that will not improve from a press. 2 towards upper left corner and 1 toward lower left corner. Sharp corners. Assuming the rest of the book improves to the max with a press, I believe a 9.2 would be best case scenario with the right grader on the right day. I’ll stick to my prediction of a 9.2 but lean towards a 9.0 than a 9.4. I would hope for the best but prepare for the worse. Book is real nice and still worth grading regardless. Good luck and let us know when you get the grade back from Cgc.

Agree with this. 

You've got a few creases a press will help. Your biggest issue are those color breaking spine tics. A press won't help that. 

Realistically, I think it's a 9.0 after press with a shot at 9.2 

I don't see it in that 9.4 / 9.6 range. Could be wrong
