Black Panther #1 grade that has discoloring/streak on cover 1 1

Hi, was going through my boxes looking to submit some books I had and I came across this book in my collection that I had forgot I had.  Attaching a scan of comic. Overall in pretty good shape (including back cover) Not sure if worth grading based on the streak of discoloring on cover.  (not sure what else to call it) Do not recall that there when purchased.  Guess one can blame it over time? Looked around and saw on ebay for example of the same books with discoloring like that as well though not as "bad" as this.  Is this something worth grading and if so what would it be?  Not sure if cleaning/pressing would help fix that specific area.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
