Looks like spine roll? 

As is, I think its 8.0 because of that spine roll and long creases associated with it. I also saw a few spine ticks at the top. 

This is a good pressing candidate because the major defects are non color breaking creases caused by the spine roll. Meaning a quality press could bump the grade into that 9.0 range.

I am also around 7.5-8.0 with the spine roll and staple wear. A press might get an 8.5 but I dont think it could go much higher personally.

Thank you for your comments on this book.  Much appreciated.  I think the spine roll looks worse than it is due to the cover being slightly off center.
