As the title states.... wondering what people think would be a fair price to pay for this book. I haven’t seen any recent eBay/online listings for it. For reference, it appears to have one spine tick which probably cannot be pressed out...... and thus it is likely 9.4-9.6 condition at best. Below is a picture of the book. I intend to have it graded and was given the price of $110 + shipping.

I stared at that pic...can't see the spine tick.  1 minor CB tick won't exclude a book from a 9.8.  I've seen more books than I can count with 2-3 very faint CB ticks in 9.8 slabs
