Graded Nintendo Power 285 Incomplete 0

I recently just purchased a CGC Graded Nintendo Power Issue 285.  It is graded 9.6 incomplete. I now do have the poster that goes with it, can I re-submit a graded item to get re-graded for complete? I am new at grading.  Thanks!

Good morning, thanks for your message. Yes,  as long as it is the correct poster, then we would be able to place it into the book, remove the "incomplete" statement, and give it a blue label (assuming there is nothing else wrong with the book). This is possible only because both the book and the poster were distributed in a polybag and the poster itself was never attached to the book (like the Captain Britain #1 Mask).  In a book where the poster was actually attached to the book originally, then this would not be an option.
