Has anyone else had their submission saying they havent received anything from them in 8 months? I was tracking my submission all week. It was in quality control and now it says they havent received anything from me in 8 months.

Good morning, can you provide your submission number so we can review your order?  It is possible that there was a glitch in the system that resulted in tracking options not working properly but we can double check that for you.
