I fear the spine wear keeps it from 6.0 (ditto for the spine and corner wear). Press might make it more presentable and a clean should brighten up the back. I would invest in it personally, if I were slabbing this book. If you are keeping to display, it will look its best and if you are selling, it will also get the best grade possible.
