Correct Delivery? 0

Hi,

Hi

I just sent in a box of books for the first time and got a delivery notification from USPS. But Never received an email from your company. Then I requested a proof of delivery from USPS and received this(attached at the bottom) USPS Proof of Delivery.

 

Is that normal and correct? I’m having a mini heart as this is my first submission and I went out of my way to do everything correctly.

Good afternoon,

Thanks for your message.  Yes, due to the high volume of mail we have been receiving, it is taking about 10 day or so for items to be logged into the system once they are delivered.  We have not started opening that days mail yet but once we do have it opened and entered into the system, you will receive an email letting you know it has been logged in.  Thanks!
