Spectacular Spider-Man #90 1984

Cameo appearance of Spider-Man (Peter Parker) in Black Suit
NOTE: 1 of 3 comics released May 1984 that have equal claim as the first appearance of Spider-Man's black costume. The other two are Marvel Team-Up #141 and Amazing Spider-Man #252.
