Slyde Posted September 25, 2020 Share Posted September 25, 2020 Is the approximate turnaround time for each tier in relation to the number of days from the time the submission is received? or is it the number of days from one of the other statuses (e.g. Scheduled for grading, Grading, etc.)? That doesn't include the time it is in our office before the package has been opened or return shipping time back to you. If you have any other questions, please let us know. Thank you!
