Scheduled for grading for over 1.5 months 0

Hello,

I have a submission (3703742) that’s been in “scheduled for grading” for over a month now.  Is it possible to get a status?

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  Not every status of an order is visible on the customer's side.  Your invoice is actually finished grading and now in our encapsulation room being put into the holders.  From there is will move onto quality control and then be ready for shipping. It should be finishing up in maybe a week or so.
