I've got a couple of these, one of which came from a General Mills cereal box promotion.

Nope, just a regular direct. And I goofed, it wasn't GM but Ralston/Purina Cookie Crisp. Here's a copy of the ad that I grabbed from the web. I just came across the ad myself recently but I forget which book. Probably one of my FFs I scanned for this thread.

My memory of ordering it is a bit hazy. I had already moved out of mom's at that point and I'm pretty sure I wasn't buying Cookie Crisp, so I think I must've ordered after seeing a box with the offer at mom's where my little sister still lived. I do recall being bummed out at the time since I wanted the ASM #252.
