CGC received my books - how long before they are entered into the system?

Good morning,

The time frame will vary depending on how much we have coming in at any given time.  Right now we are opening and entering mail from around October 5-6. Once your order is entered, you will receive an email letting you know it has been logged in.

Just curious, the turnaround time listed are from date entered into system or from the date charged for service?
