PGM Savage She-Hulk #1 (Cover Tear) 2 2

Hi, I'm not great at grading, so I was hoping someone could help me. I bought this book sometime ago, but when I received it, I noticed there was a small tear on the top part of the back cover (picture 3). Everything else is pretty much the same as the first two pictures. What would this book be graded at? Thank you!

I'd say 6.0 - 6.5 with that tear and corner stubbing.

I have seen books with similar flaws get FN range grades from CGC.

Jeez you can't even see the tear until the third pic eh. Must be small.

7.0 is where I fall.
