Gotta love #16 just because no one today would have any idea of what it illustrates! It's hard to imagine that the US actually had a pretty efficient train system that people used for interstate travel. That disappeared sometime in the sixties and while Europe and Japan continued development of a world class train system the US turned to planes and buses.

Several.  I don't know if there is continuity from story to story or not because I haven't read it yet.  I think I'm about a year behind in reading my new books... I've...just...bought...too...many...
