Terrible lower corner.

Very poor presentation.

Easy book to get a better-presenting copy at that grade.

Yeah it’s really strange. Looks no better then a 7.5, if even that high. It’s so grossly over graded it seems like something fishy’s going on, although I’m not sure what.
