For sure. I’m paying off taxes, gifts, and final payments of books over the next month otherwise that’s a sweet book for the price and one I’d normally pick up since it’s on my “list” still but alas, must use some self control and not pull the triggers until January...

Eerie 41A, August 1972, VF 7.5-8.0, $35, Cover art by Sanjulian and interiors by Ken Barr, Tom Sutton, Jerry Grandenetti, Paul Neary and another chapter of Dax by Esteban Maroto. This is one of the classic covers of the entire run and one of Sanjulian's absolute best works. A nice bright copy with excellent structure and eye appeal with only a few non-color breaking issues keeping it from grading higher. Very difficult in higher grades.

Eerie 39, April 1972, F 6.0, $15, Cover art by Ken Kelly, interiors by Rafael Auraleon, Tom Sutton, Esteban Maroto, Dave Cockrum, and more. This is an unusually tough book. Maroto's Dax the warrior would become an 11 chapter story arc in Eerie and one of the highlights of the run.

Eerie 35, September 1971, VF 8.0, “Plus Tax” Collection, $40 The “Plus Tax” collection is a complete run of Eerie that I purchased a while back, all of which had an extremely fresh quality, many of which have a stamp from the newsstand that says “Plus Tax”. This copy does not have the stamp. Classic cover by Enrich Torres and interiors by Frank Brunner, Mike Ploog, Jerry Grandenetti, and more.  Sold to piper.

Eerie 27, May 1970, VF/NM 9.0, “Plus Tax” Collection, $50, The “Plus Tax” collection is a complete run of Eerie that I purchased a while back, all of which had an extremely fresh quality, many of which have a stamp from the newsstand that says “Plus Tax”. This copy does have the stamp. Cover by Vaughn Bode and Jeff Jones (one of my personal favorites). Interiors by Ernie Colon, Ken Barr, Tom Sutton, and more. A couple of months ago, a VF/NM copy sold for $40 on ebay. This copy looks better than that one.  Sold to piper.

Eerie 22, July 1969, NM- 9.2, $50, Very pretty copy of this tough white cover. Cover by the man, Vic Prezio. Interiors by Neal Adams, Al Williamson, Roy Krenkel, Ernie Colon and Steve Ditko.  Note: my scanner is unusually cruel to all white and all black covers.  This book appears very clean and white in hand relative to the scan.  Sold to Taylor G.

Eerie 9, May 1967, NM+ 9.6, $90 Stunning, glossy, newsstand fresh copy of this early issue in the run. They don't come much better than this. I've cracked 9.6s out of cases that didn't look as nice as this book! Cover by Dan Adkins, interiors by Roy Krenkel, Neal Adams, Jerry Grandenetti, Steve Ditko, and Gene Colan!  Sold to Apocalypse76!

Eerie 8, March 1967, VF/NM 9.0, “Plus Tax” Collection, $170, Another amazing cover by Frazetta, this issue seems unusually hard compared to the rest of the run around it. Extremely difficult to find in high grade with excellent colors and gloss like this copy. The “Plus Tax” collection is a complete run of Eerie that I purchased a while back, all of which had an extremely fresh quality, many of which have a stamp from the newsstand that says “Plus Tax”. This copy does not have the stamp. Interiors by Gene Colan, John Severin, Jerry Grandenetti and Steve Ditko! I won't mind if this doesn't sell. Very tough to replace.  Sold to eyersman!

Eerie 7 (Copy B), January 1967, VF+ 8.5, $80, The beautiful cover painting by Frazetta, Sea Witch. This copy would grade higher but it has a few non color breaking marks on the otherwise pristine cover with like new gloss and colors. Interiors by Gene Colan, Johnny Craig, Steve Ditko, Jerry Grandenetti and more. Again, this book is very undervalued.  Sold to piper.

High Times May 1980 (Copy A), VF-, $40 Classic Frazetta Mothman cover and interior art. I'm reducing the grade of an otherwise very nice copy due to a slight spine roll. Otherwise, a very fresh looking copy of an otherwise tough book. May or may not have small bits of an unknown botanical substance between the pages.  Sold to Stippy52!
