Hi all, The book looks in great shape overall though I notice a couple of cover issues. 

I’d really appreciate your learned grading opinions for this beaut that arrived today please.

P.S. I’m still in disbelief this is in my hands as the seller appeared unaware of the significance which was sold (and priced) as a regular copy, are there any tell tale signs this could be a fake?
