ASM on ebay : trimmed?

I posted this in the "modern" section and realize it should be here. This is a low cost book, but I was wondering if the right edge is trimmed? The lower exclamation mark looks incomplete.

Looks like he's trimmed the photo....you tend to get that a lot....

Doesn't look trimmed to me. It just appears to be a bad production cut.

 

The URC is too blunted to be trimmed. Although with the white background there is really no sure fire way to tell. It would be a gamble.
