Which is the correct variant of this Warren Louw Vampirella cover in the census? 2 2

I wanted to check whether there are graded copies out there of this book:

Vampirella #7
Warren Louw cover
Dynamite

After some research I found that the book is not only called “Vampirella” but “Vengeance of Vampirella” and the actual issue number is not #7 but “v2 #7”.

So I finally got here:
