Are these labels from roughly the same time period? It's possible the other company's label was from before the Kelly info was included as standard procedure. Personally I'd prefer to have the Robert Kelly notation, due to fondness from the 2000s X-Men movies.

Robert Kelly appeared in X-Men #133 and 134.

Both are fairly new. Not the older generation labels.

I looked at #134 and Dark Phoenix cameo shows on the last page, and full appearance in #135 on Marvel Unlimited.

The competitors  label  notes on X-Men 133 has  "first appearance of  Robert Kelly in a cameo".
