Hello!

I just received an email with a statement attached for my recent submission. Do I need to pay this? When doing the submission it told me my credit card would be charged automatically. I looked at my credit card history and don't see a charge on it yet.

Does this statement mean that the grading process has been completed or that the shipment was received an verified?

Just curious as I don't want to risk delaying the process/shipment.

Good afternoon,

If you don't show a charge on your credit card yet then there might have been an issue with the card when we processed it.  I would advise calling or emailing our accounting department and they can check your account to see if there is a balance due or not.  You can reach them at 877-662-6642 and follow the prompts for accounting or by email at accounting@cgccomics.com.
