New here, and not a comic person. Need to sell 2 comics but what tier do I choose for grading? 0

I have no ideas what the comics are worth. Should I go off ebay averages? What if I pay for the $500 dollar value tier and the comic is worth $1500? What if I pay for the $3000 tier and the comic is only worth $100?

Sounds like you should tell me the tier when you grade it since you are the experts.. Also not sure what the value has to do with the grading. 

2 Kiss comics 1 from 77 and the other from 78. They are in what I think are 9.8 grades. but again I am not a comic guy so I have no clue. They look nice, clean and straight with no folds and edges look good.
