Submit comic for Signature 0

I'm trying to submit my Avengers 196 to be signed but I can't seem to click the privite signing box

Good morning,

Going by the screenshot you sent, it looks like you have 3 items already in your cart. If those three books were for regular mail in submissions then you cannot add a private signing option to that order.  You will need to complete your existing order and then go back and do a separate private signing order.  You can mail them in together in the same box but you will have two separate packing slips.
