I just filled out my first submission (a 50 bulk order of pokemon cards) and during checkout I couldn't figure out how to utilize my $150.00 credit. So I continued on assuming it would be automatically utilized. However the receipt appears to have not used it.

The credit is automatically added to your account. You won’t see the credit when you go to check out but once CGC goes to bill your CC they’ll apply any credits at that point.

Anyone ever figure out what the perks are at the highest level $299 ?  Only the 15% discount?  It says "other perks,etc.."
