I'm on the fence if I should send this one in for grading or not. My concern is on the front cover, just above the issue #. There is a very small (less than 1/4") tear. Piece is not detached, and when aligned properly it is very hard to perceive. Also a couple of small spine ticks. Whatcha think?

You think the small tear at the top is hurting it about a 1/2 a grade?

Agreed. Both spine corners are a little weak, there are spine and staple stresses, and besides the small tear on the top there is an edge stress tear just above the hand on the right edge.
