We are currently opening and entering mail that was received around 1-4-21. We haven't started opening mail from the dates above yet. As long as your tracking shows they were delivered then we have them. Once we open the package and log them into the system, you will receive an email letting you know and then you will be able to see them in your submission tracking. Thanks!
