Hey All,

Wanting some grading opinion on the book. It has some sort of red staining on the corner and the top (see pics) and I’m not sure how much it will effect the grade. Luckily this didn’t bleed into the pages so it’s only on the outside of the book. This will be cleaned and pressed to hope some will come out. Thanks in advance!

Will cleaning take that red out? 

With that in, blunt at corner and I think a bit of spine wear (need close up of spine to be sure), IMO 8.5.

I don’t believe it will come out.

Is that possibly a Distributor Stripe? Thats color brushed on by a distributor for coding. According to Overstreet Guide to Grading Comics such a stripe is not a defect. If so it my be a 9.0.

Where i go press my comics i had a red spot once and she cleaned it up poof nada and some black ink like journal ink on white 1 on 3 had still a little but damn some pressing and cleaning expert can do some magic!! Just gotta find the right one got a cgc 9.4 aftrrward for the  red dot a daredevil 131 if its in from the Rolling press while manifacturing it might wrar off totally of a big improvement!! Hope it helps
