Sweet DC and Milestone crossover event from summer of 1994.  Has Static, Supes, and others.

Vinyl cling inserts are similar to Presto-magix where you can re-apply stickers to make different action scenes and adventures.  Never opened and still sealed.  Awesome and underordered back in the day.

MILESTONE COMICS.  Variant of issue 1 plus it's the first appearance of STATIC in preview and a newsstand copy.

Issue 1 has an unobtrusive blunted lower spine and a tiny indention in the logo putting it at VF/VF+, issue 2 and 3 are both NM-/NM copies.
