I live in SA. This book was submitted through my lcs to cgc in June last year. I received the book back yesterday. So after 7 months waiting, and requesting a venom custom label, how does this arrive back with a carnage label? This totally detracts from the book. What can be done ab20210125_142830.thumb.jpg.a3823468954f1d6d1dd7e0ec8cea3d17.jpgout this? I am really not up for another 7 months waiting time for sending back.

Thanks for your message.  We're very sorry about the mix-up in the label.  Please email this information to our customer service department and they can send you instructions as well as a shipping label to send the book back to us and we can have that corrected for you ASAP.
