Flaws of concern include:

-ink or contact mark in top left corner 

-faint yellow foxing or water staining? Not too sure on what caused it but might be the biggest detractor here

6.0 to 6.5 Have a similar nice book with stain on the back.

Just to show where we are coming from, here is a comic book that would be high grade were it not from 1 stain on the front cover according to the CGC notes. And this is what CGC gave it. So, since your book has multiple stains on the front and back cover, it will be lower than this.

Does the type of stain matter? I feel like tiny water stains would go over better than a larger brown coloured stain but I really have no clue.

Yes...type of stain matters and size of stain matter more when it is the most obvious defect on/in the book...if there are multiple other defects, the stain will matter less as the grade will likely bake in all the multiple defects as a whole
