Hi so I've sent my first submission from the UK, it arrived and was signed for at reception last Monday 1st Feb, just wondering when it should appear on the system? it still says order number not recognized, As this is my first I'm probably being a little anxious so I apologize for this :-)

thanks for help in advance.

Good morning,

We are currently opening and entering mail received the week of 1-25.  If your order was just delivered on the 2nd it will be about another week before you see that logged in.  You will receive an email once that is entered.

Thanks!

Unfortunately, turnaround times are subject to change based on the volume of submissions we receive coming in.  This change in turnaround time can affect invoices already in house as the longer times will affect each department. So an invoice might stay in grading or encapsulation longer than it would have before.

We know that turnaround times are important to our customers. We are currently experiencing extremely high submission volumes and are working hard to complete submissions as quickly as possible while ensuring the quality of our services.  We apologize for any delays or inconvenience.

Thanks!
