Why is the price so high? 

Well really the only book you're paying for is the 1:25 JOKER variant of issue # 3.

Lowest sales price on eBay for that one book is $75 with a high ask of almost $180.  I figure if you snag the lot for $75, it will ease the pain.

Contains the highly sought after DEADPOOL card.

NEWSSTAND UPC copies have been selling at around $40 the past week or so.  Those Deadpool cards have become the bees knees
