Pricing is 3% of Fair Market Value ($150 min, $5,000 max).  How do you determine Fair Market Value?

Good morning,

Fair market value would be the average of what that type of book is selling for.  You can usually get a good idea by checking online auctions or websites to see what that type of book is going for currently to get an idea.  There are some websites like: GPAnalysis or The Premier Online Comics Price Guide | Free Comic Book Values that might be able to help you with a value.
