I have one submission that you received on 1/19 which still just says "Received". 

I have a second submission that you received on 2/12 that is already "Scheduled for Grading"

Should I be concerned about the first one?

Hi Steve,

We would need to see the invoices.  It could be they are different tiers or different services, which will affect turnaround times.  If you would like to provide the invoice numbers, we can check that for you.
