Looks like it's from one of the microfiche collections to me, but that doesn't explain the line through the middle.

It's neat though because we see the date stamp is 1937! Could it be a promo from 1937?

Hm, don't know what to make of the "37" in print ... and of the weird copyright notation ...

Yes, maybe a print-out from a microfiche/digital collection ...

If there was a real thing like a comic book promo poster from 1937 or later I'd be highly interested in acquiring.
