Upgrading Service During Received Status

Anyone know if we decide to move a bulk order to standard (or any other statuses for that matter), would the turnaround days be retroactive or start anew? Additionally, what would this process look like and what would need to happen to make said change?

You have to email their customer service department. Provide them with all the information you have on your order and specify what changes you want made. Not sure if upgrading takes into account days already spent in “received”. Hopefully a mod or admin can answer that for us. Great question!
