Do you guys notify before charging accounts 0

I have cards ive sent out and at the time i had the money in the account but not knowing when its coming out has been stressful to me . 

TL;DR  do you notify before charging .can i change which card you charge for grading

Good morning,

We run the charges for your order once your package is opened and logged into the system.  Right now, we are opening mail from the week of 2-15 so depending on when your order arrived, it might be a week or two before it is charged.
